Job Description
ACCC Insurance Company is currently seeking an Underwriting Assistant Manager for the Underwriting Department:
Essential functions of the Underwriting Assistant Manager include:
- Closely working with the Underwriting Manager to meet department objectives
- Managing staff
- Auditing Team Performance
- Performing employee assessments
- Executing action plans for team development
- Reporting Team development to upper management
- In conjunction with the Human Resources Department, the supervisor conducts evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
To qualify, candidates must meet the following skill sets:

- Property & Casualty license required
- Excellent communication: written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task
- Respectful and organized
- Ability to oversee and manage a team environment
