ACCC Insurance Company is currently seeking an Underwriting Assistant Manager for the Underwriting Department:

Essential functions of the Underwriting Assistant Manager include:

  • Closely working with the Underwriting Manager to meet department objectives
  • Managing staff
  • Auditing Team Performance
  • Performing employee assessments
  • Executing action plans for team development
  • Reporting Team development to upper management
  • In conjunction with the Human Resources Department, the supervisor conducts evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

To qualify, candidates must meet the following skill sets:

  • Professionalism requires
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • Excellent communication: written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Respectful and organized
  • Ability to oversee and manage a team environment
  • Managerial and Leadership skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
