Job Description

ACCC Insurance Company is currently seeking a Total Loss Processor for the Claims Department.


Essential functions of the Total Loss Processor include:

  • Data entry (accuracy a must)
  • Open, sort, and send mail to appropriate claims group
  • Complete tasks as assigned by Adjusters, Claims Supervisors, and Claims Managers
  • Correspond with agents, insured's, lien holders, law enforcement officials and internal departments





Job Requirements

To qualify, candidate must meet the following skill sets:

  • Professionalism required
  • Auto insurance claims experience preferred
  • Non-standard auto insurance experience preferred
  • Property & Casualty Adjuster license required (if not currently licensed, required licensing to be obtained within first 90 days)
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
