Job Description

ACCC Insurance Company is currently accepting resumes for an auto insurance Litigation Adjuster for our Claims Department.

Core Responsibilities of the Litigation Adjuster include:

  • Attend mediations and work closely with attorneys
  • The Adjuster uses knowledge, experience, and independent judgment to determine liability
  • Corresponds with agents, insured's, lien holders, law enforcement officials, and internal departments to resolve claims
  • Ideal candidate is self-motivated and able to keep on task with minimum direct supervision

 

Job Requirements

To qualify, candidates must meet the following skill-sets:

  • Minimum of one (1) to five (5) years of experience as auto insurance Litigation Adjuster
  • Experience in Property Damage (PD), Bodily Injury (BI), and Litigation claims handling
  • Non-standard auto insurance experience preferred
  • Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and setting complex Bodily Injury claims
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations as it applies to auto insurance industry
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
  • Property and Casualty/Adjuster License
