Job Description

ACCC Insurance Company is currently seeking a Human Resources Representative to join our Houston, TX corporate Human Resources Department. This position is a great entry level position into the Human Resources Department.

Core Responsibilities of the HR Representative include:

  • Administrative support to the Human Resources Department
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Cross training in other HR Representative roles, as needed, including onboarding, processing of terminations, benefits, I9 completion, etc. because other HR roles will be assigned during course of employment
  • Ability and willingness to fill in for other HR Representatives when needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to ACCC, and subsidiary company, employees
  • Knowledge and awareness of basic Human Resource laws and regulations


Job Requirements

To qualify, candidates must meet the following skill-sets:

  • Previous Human Resources Representative or clerical experience desirable
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook email
  • Ability to work with other within the department and excellent people skills are required
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Professionalism required
