Job Description

ACCC Insurance Company is currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Houston, TX corporate Human Resources Department.

At ACCC Insurance Company, we do not hire every auto-insurance claims professional, we hire great claims professionals. Our in-house/staff Recruiters hire all positions from Management to Clerical personnel. Our claims Adjusters, Appraisers, Marketing, IT, and Software Development employees are located in multiple cities and states. Core Responsibilities of the HR Recruiter include:

  • Recruitment and hiring of company personnel
  • Utilize the ATS to review Requisition Forms, manage job postings, review and sort resumes, contact job candidates, and order pre-employment screenings
  • Conduct online/virtual and in-person interviews with candidates
  • Utilize WebEx to conduct virtual interviews with job candidates
  • Utilize Outlook email and calendar to schedule interviews
  • Knowledge and expertise of the HRIS, ATS, and other online recruiter applications
  • Utilize different resume databases to search, locate, and sort possible candidates
  • Ability and willingness to fill in for other HR Representatives and Recruiters when needed
  • Knowledge and awareness of basic Human Resources and hiring laws and regulations
  • Ability to meet weekly and monthly hiring goals

 

Job Requirements

To qualify, candidates must meet the following skill-sets:

  • Recruiter experience required
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook email
  • Ability to work with other within the department and excellent people skills are required
  • Professionalism required
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly
