ACCC Insurance Company is currently accepting resumes for a Customer Service Representative for our Houston, TX corporate call center. The call center Customer Service Representative is responsible for taking inbound calls and creating new auto insurance claims on behalf of the customer.

 

 

Core Responsibilities of the CSR include:

  • Answer incoming calls from claimants and insured's in a professional manner.
  • Open new claims by creating files and routing to appropriate adjuster.
  • Clearly explain claims procedures to callers and accurately obtain all required information.
  • Conduct process of a new claim following departmental procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with departmental adherence to call readiness, break times, and work schedule.

Job Requirements

To qualify, candidates must meet the following skill-sets:

  • Great customer service skills required and customer service experience preferred.
  • Skilled computer skills as well as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook products.
  • Data Entry (accuracy a must).
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task required.
