Job Description

ACCC Insurance Company seeks experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our Claims Customer Service Department.

Core Responsibilities for the Customer Service/Call Center Supervisor:

  • Supervise team of Customer Service Representatives
  • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures of the department and organization
  • Personnel training for new hires and continued training for Representatives.
  • Develop and measure performance of Representatives.
  • Provide highest quality of service to customers.
  • Coach team of representatives to improve customer service experience.
  • Assist Call Center Manager and Director with quality control programs.
  • Communicate with Call Center Manager and Director regarding office procedures and employee performance.

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and skill in customer service.
  • Must demonstrate excellent communication and leadership qualities.
  • Hardware and Software skills and abilities including computers and other similar electronic devices.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Call Center Supervisor experience.
